JLL7 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to JLL7's satisfaction.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the JLL7 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. JLL7 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. JLL7 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JLL7 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. JLL7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify JLL7 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team. JLL7 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of a security concern.
JLL7 may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including but not limited to submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawals, or account closure.
JLL7 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. JLL7 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits are credited to your JLL7 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. JLL7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. JLL7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts.
JLL7 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the relevant payment provider. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically the fastest available option.
All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the JLL7 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). JLL7 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
JLL7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
All bets placed on the JLL7 Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and any applicable odds before confirming a wager. JLL7 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances expressly provided for in these Terms or in the applicable sport-specific rules.
JLL7 reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or amend any betting market at any time without prior notice, including after a bet has been placed but before the relevant event commences. In such cases, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the member's account.
Odds displayed on the JLL7 Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time of placement, as shown on your bet confirmation receipt.
JLL7 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned; (b) the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error; (c) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms; or (d) JLL7 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity in connection with the bet.
JLL7 may apply maximum payout limits to individual bets or markets. Where applicable, maximum payout limits will be displayed on the relevant market page. JLL7 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual member at its sole discretion.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to additional rules. JLL7 uses automated systems to manage live odds and market availability. In the event of a technical failure during a live event, JLL7 reserves the right to void affected in-play bets and return stakes to members' accounts.
JLL7 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the JLL7 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform; (b) modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform; or (d) use the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without JLL7's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JLL7, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the JLL7 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
JLL7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JLL7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The JLL7 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JLL7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
JLL7 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or third-party service provider outages.
JLL7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) JLL7 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) JLL7 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; or (d) JLL7 decides to discontinue the Platform or any part thereof.
Upon termination for cause, JLL7 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your JLL7 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, JLL7 will process any remaining verified balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and wagering obligations on active bonuses.
JLL7's collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the JLL7 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
